White Radishes are cylindrical in shape with white skin and white flesh. This root vegetable has a mild and tangy flavour with a fresh crisp texture. White Radishes can be served cooked or raw and are terrific in salads for an added crunch. The Japanese slice these radishes thinly and cook in a very low oven to make 'Daikon' Chips. This vegetable is available all year round.
